Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Returned items must be received within a reasonable timeframe after approval depending on the shipping method used.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:
• A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
• Detailed return instructions
• The return shipping address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• A restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned item
Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Cancellations
